SureScheme integrates with multiple 3rd party systems in order to offer additional features. These include simple lookup services (postcode lookup, address point data, RICS, Sanctions Search etc), external quote engines and payment providers (Worldpay, Paypal, PCL, etc). If you have a requirement to connect to a bolt on or look up, we can do that for you.
Fully automated document processing, allows for document packages to be created in real time. Apply rules to your document generation, to allow for reausable components and remove a huge part of the administrative overhead.
White labelling allows for your own branding and design to be displayed on all your documents, which will be targeted to each scheme. We will of course be happy to map your existing branding for you.
All SureScheme clients are hosted on a single, shared code base. We periodically upgrade all our clients at the same time, meaning that our users share in the benefits of all developments. Upgrades take place outside of core business hours, and are imperceptible to end users. This means that none of our clients are stuck using legacy software.
In depth management information is available on demand. Our suite of reports should give you all the information you need to optimise you business processes, but if there is a bespoke report that you require this can quickly be added to SureScheme.
Any report can be scheduled so that it is regularly exported to a secure external location (SFTP etc). So reports can be programmatically produced and transferred directly to insurers or brokers.

One of SureScheme’s main aims is to minimise staff involvement in basic administrative tasks. Rules defined by the business assist basic processes, such as document generation, diary entries, renewals and quotation. The back office GUI is simple and intuitive, meaning everyday tasks can be completed efficiently.
The document suite can be edited by you, the customer. You are in total control. Emails, texts, letters and policy packages are all templated and generation and delivery is automated.
Inbound correspondence can be dragged and dropped directly to the customer record, enablng you to run a paperless office.
When a customer approaches renewal then renewal processing will kick in, allowing for automation of the renewal quote, document package, payment options and scheduled reminders.
