Onboarding doesn’t need to be a headache

We have learned that one of the biggest concerns that our customers have when thinking about moving to a new software platform is the on boarding process and the amount of time and disruption that this will cause.

That is why we take great care and attention to make this is as pain free as possible. It is our mission to make new customers feel welcome, and have a joyous experience when they join the SureScheme family. The switchover will be almost imperceptible, except for all the amazing benefits of course!

We operate on 4 main principles:

1. Preparation is key
   
   The biggest part of the onboarding process will be in taking the time to understand your existing business processes and how these will then be modelled into SureScheme. It will take as long as it takes, and through video consultations and onsite visits we will make sure that we leave no stone unturned. We will keep you updated every step of the way, and let you know when you should expect results.
   
2. Every customer is unique
   
   Each customer is unique and what’s more will be at a different point in their own journey. Onboarding a new start up will be completely different to onboarding an established broker. We will allow you to have access to a fully working system to play with; whilst we deal with the challenges of migrating your existing data. The switchover will then be pain free and almost imperceptible.
   
3. If you click your fingers we will come running
   
   You will have a dedicated account manager from day one, they will guide you seamlessly through the whole process. They will be very knowledgeable about the insurance industry as a whole, so you will be able to talk in detail about your schemes (and any non-scheme requirements) in minute detail.
   
4. Support, Support, Support
   
   Our dedication to you doesn’t end at onboarding, your account manager will remain with you whenever you need assistance. We never charge for simple updates to your schemes, and the majority of rate changes are dealt with on the same day. Good support is direct support.
